Within the Power
Pack pages the Surrey League will attempt to try and assist riders with ideas on training,
race tactics and developing skills.
John Leitch is a
member of the Festival RC and races as a 3rd cat. in Surrey League events. John is a
level 2 BCF coach and will be running courses, giving advice to riders on what they should
be doing to train effectively, and sending out questionnaires to analyse what riders are
doing at the moment.
