Day 4 - Monday 22 August, is based at Danehill on the edge of the Ashdown Forest in East Sussex.  HQ: Danehill Village Hall.
A slightly different course to stage 4 last year but it still has long drags on 'dead roads' and the hills have not been lowered.

Go south on the A275 to SHEFFIELD PARK. Turn left to SPLAYNES GREEN where turn left to NUTLEY. Go through the KoM and turn left onto the A22 and in 200 yards bear left into Chelwood Gate Road. At CHELWOOD GATE turn left onto A275 to DANEHILL (Hot Spot Sprints) (9.6 and 19.2) to complete the circuit. On the 3^rd circuit at CHELWOOD GATE (27.0) turn right and almost immediate left into Horsted Keynes Road. Go through HORSTED KEYNES then turn right into Waterbury Hill. At SHARPETHORNE turn left through the village to SELSFIELD COMMON. Turn left onto the B2028 through ARDINGLEY (Hot Spot Sprints) to the outskirts of Lindfield. At Grange Farm turn left into Park Lane to HORSTED KEYNES where turn left to complete the circuit. (43.0, 55.7, 68.4 and 81.1) At the end of the 4^th circuit go through HORSTED KEYNES and bear right into Danehill Lane to DANEHILL. Turn left onto the A275 to CHELWOOD GATE then left into Horsted Keynes Road back to Danehill Lane where turn left to complete the circuit. Complete this circuit 4 times (86.9, 92.2, 97.5, 102.8) and Finish on the 5^th climb to Danehill. KoM point is the Finish Line. Distance 103.8 miles.
