Any club can affiliate to the Surrey Cycle
Racing League provided that:
Each club/team
promotes 2 events.
Each club/team
appoints an Organiser for each event promoted.
Each club/team
appoints a Club Representative who shall be responsible for the registration of his
clubs riders and entries to events.
Each club/team
appoints at least 2 members to act as Full or Assistant Commissaires.
Each club/team has
filled out a Surrey Cycle Racing League club
application form.
Each club/team pays
an affiliation fee of £60.00
If a club/team has 3
or more riders riding Surrey League events, that club/team must join the League
Any rider can
affiliate to the Surrey Cycle Racing League provided that:
Each rider is a
member of the British Cycling Federation.
Each rider is a
member of a Surrey Cycle Racing League affiliated club/team.
Each rider has
filled out a Surrey Cycle Racing League rider application
form or joined online.
Each rider has
supplied the Surrey Cycle Racing League with a passport-sized photo of him/herself.
Each rider has paid
the Surrey Cycle Racing League affiliation fee of: £20 senior men, £10 senior ladies,
£10 juniors or £5 youth.
Private
Members and Day Members will be permitted to ride Surrey Cycle Racing League events
provided that:
Each rider is a
member of the British Cycling Federation or has taken out a day licence.
If a Day Member wins
any Surrey Cycle Racing League points he/she affiliates to the Surrey Cycle Racing League.
Each Private Member
assists with the promotion of 2 events.
Each Private Member
has filled out a Surrey Cycle Racing League rider
application form or joined
online.
Each Private Member
has supplied the Surrey Cycle Racing League with a passport-sized photo of him/herself.
Each Private Member
has paid the Surrey Cycle Racing League affiliation fee of: £40 senior men, £20 senior
ladies, £20 juniors, £10 youth A or £5 youth B/C/D/E.
Other
Information:
BCF points are
available at all Surrey Cycle Racing League events including time trials.
Surrey Cycle Racing
League points count towards the overall position in the Surrey Cycle Racing League
rankings and convert to money at the end of the season.
All postal
applications for Surrey Cycle Racing League membership should be on a Surrey Cycle Racing
League rider application form and sent to the Surrey
Cycle Racing League representative in your club/Team. In the case of Private Members
they should be sent to the Surrey Cycle Racing League Administration at 14 Yewlands Walk,
Ifield West, Sussex RH11 0QE with the appropriate payment.
All postal entries
for events should be on a Surrey Cycle Racing League nomination
form. This form should be filled out by your club/team representative and sent
on to the League administration with the appropriate payment. In the case of Private
Members they should be sent to the Surrey Cycle Racing League Administration at 14
Yewlands Walk, Ifield West, Sussex RH11 0QE with the appropriate payment.
The cost for
registered riders who are members of an affiliated club entering an event is £15.00 in
advance or £15.00 on the line. In the case of Thursday handicaps, Tuesday Goodwood
events & Friday Dunsfold Park events the cost is £15.00, with NO entries
in advance.
The cost for
registered riders who are members of a non-affiliated club or private members entering an
event is £20.00 in advance or £20.00 on the line. In the case of Thursday
handicaps, Tuesday Goodwood events & Friday Dunsfold Park events the cost is
£20.00, with NO entries in advance.
The cost for
non-registered riders entering an event is £25.00 in advance or £25.00 on the
line. In the case of Thursday handicaps, Tuesday Goodwood events & Friday
Dunsfold Park events the cost is £25.00, with NO entries in advance.
