King's Standing to Ladies Mile

Location: 6 miles East of East Grinstead.

Course Details: From King's Standing Car Park go North East along B2188.  Turn left into Withyham Road (B2110).  Turn left into Ladies Mile to finish at top of hill.

Lap Distance: 7.8 miles – 12.5 kilometres.

Start Point: On the B2188 near King's Standing Car Park.

Finish Point: In Ladies Mile
